Wellsyn was spin-off from IC design team on March. QNAP was established base on ICP's IA division on April. The main business of industrial PC was divided into IEI and ICPEMS on late 2004. The IEI becomes marketing and branding for the industrial PC business while unique electronic manufacturing service becomes ICPEMS core
