In S3 Stage,our R&D and DQV personnel will repeatedly perform a two-stage product test, and examine the first draft of S2 Stage BOM and ID Design aspects for example, making refinements and modifications an necessary. Clients can see the tangible finished product during this stage, and furthermore can confirm whether its specifications and quality conform to their specific requirements. |

Sampling
Using data from S3 Stage, the factory, R&D and PM Personnel work together to produce the sample and associated firmware. On completion we open a dialogue with the client, addressing questions of production processes and so on. At this stage the client can see the tangible product, and we examine the client real-world needs and also perform capability/system testing, to ensure the compliance with the client requirements.

Sample testing
testing? is internal testing undertaken by our R&D personnel. We test and verify each function and quality of the product, and check it fulfill the client needs or modify it if necessary. testing?is undertaken by DQV personnel. The product undergoes rigorous testing in many areas such as durability, High/Low temperature testing, vibration testing, impact testing and EMI safety testing. This ensures that the volume production will pass muster. |
