In S4 Stage- the instruction manual, software and factory production stages should all be established at this stage. By having above documentation and production, customer can understand the production in its entirety. Moreover, the R&D dept will work with the factory at this time and initiate a small volume pilot production run, which will define and describe the delivery time, the mode of operation, product features, distribution planning and yield rate, to be used as criteria for when the real production run takes place. At this time, the trial run has played a highly important role in determining the success and effectiveness rate of the production run, which is tied to this stage. We currently have a high yield rate around 98% for each of our products ,due to the superiority of our system processes and planning.
